Biostatistics & Bioinformatics

Biostatistics and Bioinformatics

The Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource (BBSR) at the University of Arizona Cancer Center (UACC) brings together expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, genomic and proteomic analysis, biologic pathway analysis, clinical trials, statistical computing, and database applications.

The BBSR provides efficient statistical design, accurate data management, appropriate data analyses and interpretation, as well as innovations in statistical design and multi-‘omic data modeling, to ensure UACC investigators achieve their scientific goals.
