Available Services

  • Integrated biostatistical and bioinformatics analysis planning for grant applications (including translation of scientific objectives into statistically testable hypotheses, sample size / power justifications, and framing of analysis plans)
  • Biostatistical and bioinformatics analysis of user-generated and publicly available data, and subsequent preparation of reports and manuscripts
  • Monitoring clinical study progress (accrual reporting, data completeness, and outcome ascertainment)
  • Data and software management (through OnCore, REDCap, GitHub, and high-performance computing)
  • Clinical protocol development (sample size justification and development of appropriate statistical analysis approaches)
  • Statistical review of UACC protocols by service on the Scientific Review Committee
  • Monitoring study safety and data integrity through service on the Data and Safety Monitoring Board
  • Education and training (including presentations in workshops for clinical fellows and seminars for UArizona Cancer Center Research Programs)
