UACC established a clinical trials network that acts as a platform on which UACC can engage oncology clinics across the state of Arizona to participate in cancer research offered through membership in the Arizona Clinical Trials Network.

  • ACTN offers research infrastructure and trial management services to oncology clinics to participate in cutting-edge cancer research
  • The staff of ACTN hopes to increase cancer research participation of underrepresented and underserved populations in the state of Arizona
  • ACTN creates opportunities for research collaborations with sites

The Arizona Clinical Trials Network can support members sites to:

  • Improve access to a breadth of cancer research from prevention and across the cancer care continuum reflective of all malignancies, treatment modalities, and stages of cancer in their communities
  • Improve capacity for research at their sites by having the UACC provide research infrastructure and trial management services
