Muhammad Husnain, MD
I was born and raised in Multan, Pakistan. I went to medical school at the King Edward Medical University, Lahore,Pakistan. After graduating from medical school in 2009, I worked in Pakistan for some time and then came to United States in 2013. I finished my residency in internal Medicine in June 2017 from the University of Arizona, South campus. Then I went to Miami for my Hematology/Oncology fellowship. After finishing my fellowship at the University of Miami in June 2020, I joined University of Arizona Cancer Center as an Assistant Professor of Medicine.
Cancer Focus
I am currently working as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the division of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Arizona Cancer Center. My main area of interest is Multiple Myeloma and related blood disorders. I practice Hematopoietic stem cell transplant and cellular therapies as a means of curing patients with lymphoma, leukemia and many other blood disorders. I believe in providing compassionate care for my patients.
