Jazmine Bahena (she/her) is a social work professional committed to advancing equitable cancer care and community engagement. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University and pursued her Master of Social Work at Northern Arizona University while continuing her work as a Hospital Navigator at Cancer Support
Community Arizona. Jazmine is passionate about supporting underserved and Spanish-speaking communities and currently focuses on one-on-one patient navigation and community outreach to address barriers to care within the cancer space.
