Biography

Dr. Julian is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and earned a BS in Chemistry at the University of Florida. She then went on to do two years of basic science research at the National Cancer Institute at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She attended medical school and earned her M.D. from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York and her hematology/oncology fellowship training at the New York School of Medicine in New York, New York. 

Cancer Focus

Dr. Julian's primary academic pursuit has been performing translational and clinical research in head and neck cancer as well as lung cancer. Dr. Julian’s research and clinical interests focus on the development of novel treatments for patients with lung and head and neck malignancies. Dr. Julian is an active member in ASCO and SWOG, and is the Principal Investigator of multiple clinical trials at Banner-UACC.
