Biography

The Xiong lab is interested in translational research in two directions: 1) Identification of small molecules that can sensitize cold tumors to immune checkpoint inhibitors. The particular pathway we are interested in involves inducing mismatch repair deficiency to activate neoantigen presentation; 2) Developing new chemical technology to address some undruggable oncogenic targets, such as the KRAS G12D mutation.
