Community Outreach and Engagement welcomes two new staff members

UACC welcomes three new staff members in the Office of Community Outreach and Engagement: Nathaniel Cordova and Katie Tran.
Nathan Cordova is the clinical trials oncology navigator for the UACC COE. Their background is in clinical research as a clinical research coordinator in regulatory affairs, quality assurance and quality control, and patient navigation. They graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s in molecular and cellular biology and in physiology with an emphasis on biochemistry. Some of their personal interests include performing music, baseball, longboarding, cooking, painting, and enjoying the company of their family.
Katie Tran is a health educator for the UACC COE. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in public health with a global health emphasis. She is originally from Sierra Vista where she spent two years working as a health educator for the local health department. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, hiking, crafting, and taking photographs.
