David Row, MD, is a colorectal surgeon with the University of Arizona Cancer Center at Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. He is board­ certified in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery; and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Dr. Row graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He completed his residencies in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery at New York Medical College in New Rochelle, NY and St. Mark's HealthCare Foundation in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Row received further training in colorectal surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Cancer Focus

Dr. Row has broad expertise in colon and rectal surgical procedures. In addition to general proctology and colonoscopy, he utilizes advanced minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) techniques for benign conditions such as constipation, rectal prolapse, and diverticulitis; and malignant conditions such as colorectal and anal cancer. He performs transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS) for rectal lesions and also offers neurostimulator (InterStim) implantation for accidental bowel leakage.
